✌ It's The Most Important Thing You Can Do.

This is something that is very personal and it really does hit home.

I am always on tumblr wasting hours and hours of my life.

It's crazy how one site can steal precious minutes.

One day I was sitting there mindlessly scrolling through my dashboard when I came across a picture that seemed like it popped out of my computer and slapped me in the face.

It says "Fall In Love With Yourself"

I feel like that is the single most important thing anyone can do.

We all struggle at some point in our lives with self confidence and self love.

Some struggle longer and harder than others, but we all struggle.

If I saw this picture a few years ago I would have just scrolled right past it without a second glance. 

I didn't love myself. 

I didn't even like myself.

I tolerated me.

That's something that you should never do.

Easier said than done, right?

Right.

This is was a fight that I had to fight alone. 

Compliments from others only fed the beast for a a while.

Only the compliments from me, would kill the beast.

Slowly.

One day at a time. You can't rush this sort of thing.

It's like starting a whole new friendship with someone you just met.

You have to get to know them. Hang out with them.

One on one time.

That's important.

You have to learn how they think.

What they like/dislike.

That's what you have to do with you!

You have to get to know yourself.

You have to spend alone time.

Eventually it will turn into a relationship.

It takes time.

Then after a while you will fall in love.

It takes time.

It takes patience.

It takes love.
