I woke up today with expectations that today would be a chill and restful day, being that I slept in and I hardly sleep past 10. Like any normal person, as soon as I opened my eyes I checked my phone. It was all normal and what not until I came across something that just fired me up that I needed to write a blog post about it.
Just to sum it up Hillsong, a christian ministry, has an openly gay couple working for them. And the comments I expected but they really stuck a cord with me.
WHO CARES?!
God is Love.
Point blank period.
Christians can be gay, it is something that you can't choose.
God put us on this earth to love and be loved. To share his love. Did you hear that I will say it a little louder for those in the back.
WE ARE HERE TO SHARE HIS LOVE!
You can call me what you want, I honestly don't care anymore.
I am a Christian and only God knows my heart.
He knows that I am a good person who loves him and his people.
I would do ANYTHING for God. He is my best friend, someone who has been there for me since day one.
But I will not, I repeat will NOT tell the LGBTQA+ that they are wrong.
I WILL NOT tell them that they can't be in the ministry.
God has called us all.
