I decided that I should keep a ''Fitness Diary''. I need to do something because this whole ''body issue'' isn't cutting it anymore. I am sick of being content with my appearance. I want to WOW people and mostly WOW myself. After all I couldn't care less what people think. I want to do this for me. I always start things but never finish them, and I am tired of it. I want to start this and FINISH it. I want the satisfaction of finishing something and seeing results. That's why I am starting a fitness diary to keep me accountable.
It's me time.
